Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others, gain new perspectives, and practice real-life relationship skills in a safe, guided environment. It helps build self-awareness, reduce isolation, and foster personal growth through shared experiences and receiving feedback from others.
Our groups can offer helpful foundational skills while you are waiting to be seen for individual therapy or as an addition to your individual treatment. You do not have to be a patient at our clinic to enroll in a group. To get started or learn more, fill out the contact form and specify that you are interested in group therapy.

Mindfulness Skills Group
6-weeks, 75 minute sessions
Facilitated by: Liza Mermelstein, PhD
- Learn skills to reduce anxiety and depression, better regulate emotions, manage stress and improve relationships.
- No previous mindfulness experience is necessary.
- Insurance may be used for this group. Self-pay or out of network insurance option is $25 per session.
